One Fixed Move-Out Price, Whatever Your SW10 Home
SW10 packs an unusual range into a short walk – ex-council mansion blocks, stucco-fronted conversions and period terraces off Finborough Road and Redcliffe Gardens, and new-build and riverside apartments toward Chelsea Harbour. What they share at move-out is one thing: the price should be set by the size of the flat, not by the postcode. Ours is a fixed price, shown before you book, and the same whether the address reads prime or not.
A studio is £156, a one-bedroom £198, a two-bedroom £232, a three-bedroom £267 and a four-bedroom £349, with carpet cleaning from +£27 a room. That one figure covers the property to the inventory standard SW10 agents check – the oven inside and out, the extractor filter, cupboards in and out, limescale off taps, tiles and shower glass, plus skirting, internal windows and floors – worked to the checklist rather than to a set number of hours, so a clean that runs long never costs extra.
The 72-hour re-clean is included, and a VAT invoice is supplied for the agent. Many SW10 flats have period floors and finishes, so the clean is careful and material-aware – a standard professional clean done with care, not a specialist stone or fabric restoration. The water is hard here, so taps and shower glass are descaled properly, and access is often a concierge or key handover on the mansion blocks and riverside developments. Defrost the fridge-freezer the day before, and the quote comes back the same day with no payment upfront.
