Our client had already hired a different company for the move-out cleaning. However, at the last moment, the company cancelled the appointment because they were hired for a bigger property in the same time slot.
Since everything was arranged for the move and the due date for the end of tenancy cleaning was fast approaching, our client was scrambling to find a replacement company.
They contacted us and asked us if we could take the job. We answered them we were booked for the day and thanked them for calling us. But after the client explained the situation, we decided to do everything in our power to help.
We shuffled our schedule a little bit and offered them a time slot that worked for them. Then we asked them to pay for the service in advance. They were taken aback and initially hesitant, but after we explained why we ask for an upfront payment, they reluctantly agreed.
